The Meat & Wine Co Chadstone

Food: The pork belly was magnificent and the ribs were delicious. Chips, onion rings and blue cheese sauce were average. The Salted Caramel mousse was well presented but not to our taste. The cocktails were refreshing and good size. Service: Waitresses were friendly and service was good and quick. They made us feel welcome. Atmosphere: The restaurant is well presented. The music was a bit to loud, it was hard to hear the waitress and we had to speak up to hear each other.

This place is awesome! Celebrated my husband's birthday and we were given a special room. All the staff were excellent, polite, attentive, and amazing...always checking if we were alright and if we needed anything. Service was phenomenal! We are a family of five and we all loved the food! Highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back! Thank you for a wonderful night!

My boyfriend booked us a table here after our fantastic experience at your Crown location!! I had kangaroo for the first time (visiting from Canada), and I loved it! I’ve never had anything like it, the meat was cooked perfectly, not too tough and not too rare, and the skewer was impressively big! It was served with a cranberry sauce that complimented the meat perfectly. The presentation was very cool as well. Chips were great, not too salty, and cooked exactly the way I like them. Boyfriend had the steak and also loved it! We shared the calamari entrée, super soft and delicious, and not at all rubbery. Our servers were very polite and friendly, and were very accommodating of my dairy allergy. Unfortunately there was one drawback to our visit, our food went cold very quickly. I think it was due to our outdoor seating? Unsure. Our server offered to reheat our kangaroo and steak for us but we wanted to preserve the rareness of the meat and didn’t want it cooked any further. Even cold, the food was still good, though! Hopefully next time will be better :)

Please Season Your Steak Ordered a wagyu flank steak and left with a lukewarm satisfaction. The cut of the meat and the presentation was amazing but the waiting time and the seasoning was not the best. First I believe they should have season the steak with salt and pepper before they serve it because my meal is completely off and I had to seasoned it myself. The wait time is horrible too, I understand that they were full house but 50 mins wait for a steak is really bad. But i believe the quality of the meat, the service of the staffs, and the amazing onion rings are great! Please fix your seasoning and serve time and it will be better. Overall at 6/10

The attention to detail was perfection and made for a memorable fantastic experience. Ananya our server went above and beyond and was an absolute delight. Highly recommend the Dry aged truffle infused rib-eye, mouth watering. The cocktails were the best I've had and I have definitely had many. Thank you The meat and wine co for a wonderful experience celebrating our wedding anniversary. The complimentary wine was a beautiful touch to an already amazing experience. Definitely a favourite to return again.

Service was great. Staff were very attentive. Definitely A++ for service. Ordered the mixed rack platter with creamy mushroom sauce and chips and wife ordered the Dry aged steak witha garlic butter sauce. Both were delicious. Presentation of food was great. Great atmosphere if you're having a glass of wine or whiskey and enjoying a steak with friends and family but if kids are present, lighting has been dimmed and seems dark (We were present for Dinner and would obviously be different for any other meal-time)
